Welcome to Skylarker Wellbeing workshops! Below are listed a variety of workshops you can book. These range from in person, drop-in sessions to online courses you can do from the comfort of your own home!

    SELF MASSAGE TO RELAX AND RESTORE WITH GUEST TEACHER MARY MAGUIRE.

    TUESDAY MAY 20TH 1-2PM:

    MYTHICAL SPACE – A JOURNEY THROUGH STORYTELLING WITH GUEST TEACHER KATY CAWKWELL.

    FRIDAY MAY 23RD 1.30 – 2.30:

    THE BREATHING BODY – MAKING FRIENDS WITH OUR BREATH FOR HEALTH AND HAPPINESS.

    TUESDAY JUNE 17TH 1-2PM:

    EQUANIMITY AND FINDING BALANCE - OUR REFUGE IN THE STORMS.

    FRIDAY JUNE 20TH 1.30-2.30PM:

    CALM YOUR BODY AND MIND - AN EXPLORATION OF THE BODYSCAN PRACTICE.

    TUESDAY JULY 15TH 1-2PM:

    FORGIVENESS – HEALING THE PAST.

    FRIDAY JULY 18TH 1.30 – 2.30PM:

    THE POWER OF SELF-COMPASSION - FROM INNER CRITIC TO INNER COACH.

    MONDAYS 6-7pm SEPTEMBER 8th, OCTOBER 20th, NOVEMBER 10th, DECEMBER 8th

  • These series of 3 online well-being sessions will focus on the power of self -compassion to help us feel happier and be more resourceful and resilient.

    Each session will include a short talk, a practice and time to reflect.

    TUESDAYS 9.30 – 10.30am JULY 8th , 15th AND 22nd
