    TUESDAY MAY 20TH 1-2PM:

    MYTHICAL SPACE – A JOURNEY THROUGH STORYTELLING WITH GUEST TEACHER KATY CAWKWELL.

    FRIDAY MAY 23RD 1.30 – 2.30:

    THE BREATHING BODY – MAKING FRIENDS WITH OUR BREATH FOR HEALTH AND HAPPINESS.

    TUESDAY JUNE 17TH 1-2PM:

    EQUANIMITY AND FINDING BALANCE - OUR REFUGE IN THE STORMS.

    FRIDAY JUNE 20TH 1.30-2.30PM:

    CALM YOUR BODY AND MIND - AN EXPLORATION OF THE BODYSCAN PRACTICE.

    FRIDAY JULY 11TH 1.30 – 2.30PM:

    THE POWER OF SELF-COMPASSION - FROM INNER CRITIC TO INNER COACH.

    SEPTEMBER Monday 8th (6-7pm) and Friday 12th (12.30-1.30pm)

    The Breathing Body – Making friends with our breath for health and happiness

    Breathing can help us feel less stressed, reduce pain and deal with challenges. 

    But many of us aren't making the most of this wonderful ally! 

    Come and explore how your breath can support you, and leave with simple practices to use in your everyday life.

    OCTOBER Friday 10th (12.30-1.30pm) and Monday 20th (6-7pm)

    TheBodyscan Practice - calm your body and mind

    The bodyscan practice has so many benefits - including reducing stress, increasing emotional regulation and self-compassion, and improving your quality of sleep.

    This workshop will comprise of a short introduction and then exploration of a bodyscan practice.

    NB Please bring a blanket.

    NOVEMBER Monday 10th (6-7pm) and Friday 14th (12.30 - 1.30pm)

    Equanimity (inner balance) - our refuge in the storms

    Life can be a rollercoaster, and often we go up and down with it!

    But we can cultivate our inner peace and stability so that we stay centred,

    clear and open - even in the midst of turbulence.

    This workshop will include a talk, meditation practice and reflection.

    DECEMBER Friday 5th (12.30-1.30pm) and Monday 8th (6-7pm)

    The Power of Self-Compassion – from inner critic to inner coach

    Self-compassion is like a super-power – it actually makes us stronger, more resilient, and better able to change and grow. And it’s something we can cultivate!

    Come along to this introductory workshop and try some practices you can take away and use at home.
