The ancient art of mindfulness teaches us that happiness is a skill. We can, with practice, find inner peace and freedom even when external circumstances are challenging. These insights have been affirmed by neuroscience, which reveals how our flow of thoughts shapes our brain.
Pip has trained as a Compassion-based Mindfulness teacher with Breathworks and is accredited with BAMBA. She is certified to teach Finding Peace in a Frantic World and Mindfulness in the Workplace with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and is a certified Somatic Movement Coach (Hanna Somatics).
